Before the design process begins

Please start by filling out the request a quote form , so that I may gather the appropriate design information needed to supply you with a proposal.

If you accept the proposal, a legal contract specified to your design needs will be sent via email to you. Instructions on how to complete the contract will also be sent and a down payment of 25% will be due as well. Upon receiving a signed copy of your contract and your down payment, the design process can begin!

What to expect during the design process

Next, I will direct you  to a very detailed questionnaire called a design brief located on my website. It is important that this questionnaire be filled out thoroughly as it will not only give me more insight into your design style, but will provide you with a stronger final concept.

After your questionnaire is received and evaluated, your first set of preliminary designs will be created and sent to you for review. You will be asked to let me know your likes and dislikes, as well as choose a few of the ideas that stood out to you most.

When you have responded with your thoughts, a second set of preliminary designs will be created. Again, I will send you the designs for your review. My goal is at this point to have created with in these designs a final concept for you to choose.

Upon selecting your final concept, the appropriate files as agreed on in the contract will be formatted and sent to you. An invoice with your remaining balance will be sent at this time as well. Payment is expected within 30 days of the completed project.

I can also recommend a proper printing company for you to go through. However, if you have your own printing company in mind, be sure to provide me with the proper printing specifications. This will ensure you will receive a high quality final product without hassle.
